PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley device for a lifting and lowering tape which is used for a sunlight blocking apparatus such as a Roman shade and enables easy replacement of the lifting and lowering tape with a head box or a head rail mounted. SOLUTION: The pulley device for the lifting and lowering tape comprises a case (3) mounted inside the head box (1), a pulley (9) fitted outside a rotary shaft (5) to rotate integrally and contained in the case (3) from one side, a cover (10) covering the other side of the case (3), and the lifting and lowering tape (15) wound around the pulley (9). A plurality of recessed parts (19) located on the inner peripheral surface of the case (3) and a plurality of protruding parts (18) protruding to the side of the case and located on the peripheral surface of the cover (10) are provided integrally. The protruding parts (18) are detachably coupled with the recessed parts (19) by inserting the protruding parts (18) into the recessed parts (19) in the axial direction and turning the fitted parts by a prescribed angle in a circumferential direction.
