PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a polymer coil, which is so far hard to manufacture in the production method wherein the coil material is wound on the metal core. SOLUTION: In the production method of the polymer coil, the core material for coiling uses a polymer monofilament dissolvable in a solvent or a chemical. After coiling, the polymer for the core material is dissolved with the solvent or the chemical to be removed or the core is removed by being pulled out after a reduction in diameter. In the production method of the polymer secondary coil, the polymer coil having the polymer fibers wound on the core material comprising the dissolvable polymer is further wound on the core material comprising the dissolvable polymer and then, both the cores are dissolved with the solvent to be removed.
