PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray of a service cart capable of providing various food services, firstly by freely setting the width and position of the heating surface of the tray according to the tableware or foodstuffs without being fixed, secondary by freely using the tableware put on the tray without restriction on the shape, size or position of the tableware, and by improving the flexibility of the quantity, kind, and combination of the foodstuffs. SOLUTION: The tray 8 is used in the service cart for providing food services and is stored as a shelf inside the cart to be taken in/out. The tray 8 has a built-in heater 9, so that the foodstuff inside the tableware put on the tray can be cooked and kept warm. The heater 9 is made of an aggregate of plane-shaped heat cores 13 disposed in a matrix, and each heat core 13 can be electrified and heated selectively.
