PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching mitt for boxing practice with which not only the practice using only a palm side in a conventional system but also the practice using the back side of a hand can be performed. SOLUTION: For the punching mitt, a hard sponge is covered with a soft cover and a finger insertion part to insert fingers is attached to the back surface part. Then, for the punching mitt, a punching mitt for a back surface is attached to the side of the finger insertion part, the front and back punching mitts are integrally formed, and the punching mitt on the back surface side and the punching mitt on the front surface side are formed in the same shape and by a same quality material.
