PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighter cover with an ash tray, without scattering a cigarette butt, ash and smell, excellent in fire-extinguishing property, made as not inconvenient for carrying and preventing the litter caused by cigarette butt. SOLUTION: This lighter cover with the ash tray is provided by installing a mechanism for instantly extinguishing the cigarette with fire by pulling out the lighter from the lighter cover with the ash tray constituted by a double structure of an inner cylinder and outer cylinder made from a metal, putting the cigarette with fire into the lighter cover and pushing the lighter into the cover to instantaneously press-extinguish. Since the lighter is pressed in, the ash and smell of the cigarette do not leak even if the lighter is put into a pocket, or the like, of a clothing within several seconds after extinguishing by pressing. Also, by installing a mechanism of the ash tray and lighter cover capable of extinguishing the cigarette with fire by pressing and also housing a conventional lighter, it is not so bulky and solves the trouble of carrying the ash tray and lighter separately.
