PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an ethylene-α-olefin-based copolymer rubber by which the residue of a remaining catalyst in a final product is reduced and the final product having good color is provided in a method for producing the ethylene-α-olefin-based copolymer rubber by a continuous solution polymerization by using the olefinic polymerization catalyst. SOLUTION: The method for producing the ethylene-α-olefin-based copolymer rubber by the continuous solution polymerization by using the olefinic polymerization catalyst uses a polymerization vessel regulated so that the linear distance between a feeding position of a main catalyst to the polymerization vessel and a feeding position of a monomer may satisfy formula (1): L≥D×20 [wherein, L is the minimum linear distance (mm) in the distances between the positions at which the main catalyst is fed to the polymerization vessel, and the positions at which the monomer is fed to the polymerization vessel; and D is the maximum width (mm) of a cross section of a pipe from which the monomer is fed].
