PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth connection device for an electric welder, which can easily connect a welding earth terminal to a base material without being affected by a connecting position. SOLUTION: The earth connection device is a connecting device for pushing a connecting electrode to one side of a workpiece. The connecting electrode is composed of a plurality of electrically conductive thin laminated band plates 3. The connecting electrode is bent in a bow shape and the projection side of the bow shape is brought into contact with the workpiece. As a result, a sufficient contact area can be secured by the elastic deformation of the band plates depending on the profile of the workpiece even if the workpiece has undesirable undulation.
