PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a player information by imparting reaction force to a start lever. SOLUTION: The start lever 6 is equipped with a first magnet part 70 and a second magnet part 74. The second magnet part 74 is an electric magnet formed by winding a coil 76 around an iron core 75. When electric current is supplied to the coil 78, large attracting force acts between the first magnet part 70 and the second magnet part 74. Accordingly, when a player touches a knob 61 by hand to tilt a rod 60, the player's hand feels large reaction force when current is supplied to the coil 76.
