PURPOSE: A system for growing red-tide organisms and heterotrophic protistan grazers in large scales is provided, thereby mass-producing red-tide organisms and heterotrophic protistan grazers with high purity, and reducing the time and costs for mass-production of grazers. CONSTITUTION: A system for growing red-tide organisms and heterotrophic protistan grazers in large scales comprises a multi-stage heterotrophic protistan grazer culturing vessel sequentially connected via open/close type connecting ducts; a multi-stage red-tide organisms culturing vessel sequentially connected via open/close type connecting ducts; a sea water supplying device(40) for supplying sea water to each culturing vessel; and a controller(50) for controlling the flow of sea water and culturing medium, wherein the red-tide organisms culturing vessel is connected to the heterotrophic protistan grazer culturing vessel via open/close type connecting ducts.
