<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular motion control apparatus capable of smoothly and naturally controlling a vehicular motion even in case where road information is discontinuous. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicular motion controlled variable computing section 4 computes a vehicular motion controlled variable on the basis of a driving condition of a vehicle and road information from a road information recognition section 3. When an non-coincidence signal is inputted to the vehicular motion controlled variable computing section 4 and a previously set predetermined computing period elapses, the vehicular motion controlled variable is gradually decreased toward zero. In addition, when the non-coincidence signal stops being inputted to the vehicular motion controlled variable computing section 4, the previously set predetermined computation cycle is applied to the vehicular motion controlled variable, thereby gradually raising it up to the vehicular motion controlled variable corresponding to the road information and the driving condition of the vehicle. Moreover, even if the non-coincidence signal is inputted, when the previously set predetermined computing period does not elapse more than the previously set predetermined computing cycle, the latest road information of the previous recognized road information is based for computing the vehicular motion controlled variable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
