<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable users at the destination of movement to easily construct an environment for printing out image data, and to add value to vending machines, thereby increasing the sales thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A user is authenticated utilizing a user authenticating function of his/her portable terminal, and the service providing step is then started. Based on such authentication, the user is charged for a fee required for printing out image data.
