<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business management system and business management program for providing a portable terminal device used by a person in charge of business a route and a map to a visiting place according to a preset visiting schedule, extracting possible visiting places in accordance with the visiting schedule of actual visiting results of the person in charge of business to provide the portable terminal device with a route and a map to a visiting place in each case and further managing the actual visiting results of the person in charge of business. <P>SOLUTION: This business management system 1 comprises a business management server 2, a route retrieval server 3, a portable terminal 4 and a business management terminal 11. The business management server 2 is provided with a schedule management functioning part 15 and a database for storing a visiting schedule file 5 for recording a visiting schedule and actual visiting results for each person in charge of business. In addition, the business management server 2 is further provided with a season ticket database 6, an office database 7 and a customer database 8.
