<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk management system and a risk management method for a medical institution for preventing similar medical accidents by sharing medical accident information, near-miss information, work improving examples and the like between a plurality of medical institutions. <P>SOLUTION: This risk management system for risk management in the medical institution is provided with a risk management center 120 connected to terminals 100 and 110 in the medical institution via a communication line 150. The risk management center 120 collects the medical accident information serving as information related to a medical accident or an event possibly causing a medical accident in the medical institution and informs an analysis result based on the medical accident information to the medical institution for risk management. The risk management center analyzes the medical accident information transmitted and collected from the terminals of the medical institution, and on the basis of the analysis result, informs advice for improvement to the corresponding medical institution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
