<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of providing an apparatus mounted on a rotor rotating integrally with a windmill rotator with power in a noncontact manner. <P>SOLUTION: This windmill is equipped with a fixed part (2), a windmill rotor (not shown in figure), and a rotator (1) which is joined integrally with the above windmill rotor and is supported movably relative to the fixed part (2). The fixed part (2) includes primary winding (6) which is supplied with power. The rotator (1) is equipped with secondary winding (7) which performs electromagnetic mutual action with the primary winding (6), and the first apparatus (5) which is connected with the secondary winding (7).
