PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the vibration in stopping the operation of a compressor, and the contact of a compressing element or an electrically-operated element with an airtight container or a component fixed in the airtight container. SOLUTION: When the refrigerator/air conditioner is cooled to a specific temperature, an air blower 20 is stopped prior to the command of the stop of the compressor 38, and the operation of the compressor is stopped after a cooler temperature sensor 18A is lowered to a specific temperature, whereby the pressure of a sucked refrigerant is lowered, and a piston 38A of the compressor 38 hardly receive the pressure, which reduces the vibration, and prevents the contact of the compressing elements 38A, 38B or the electrically-operated element 38 with the airtight container or the component fixed in the airtight container.
