PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet plate having an input display function to attach an operating part onto the surface of an instrument. SOLUTION: With this plate 8 attached onto the surface of the instrument by a double coated tape, a switch made by wiring patterns h, j, in which electricity is put through when floated and pushed by a gap forming member 5, a variable resistance input function by a thin film resistor 3, and a light-emitting display function by a LED chip 10 opposed to a thin semi-transparent member 11 are provided. Furthermore, on the plate 8, a wiring plate 6 which outputs conductive data and resistance data of the switch and inputs drive signal of the LED chip 10 is mounted in succession. By pasting this plate 8, the operating part provided with the switch, the variable resistor, and the LED light-emitting display is constituted on the surface of the instrument. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
