PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel in which an appearance is improved by preventing the formation of an opening at the corner of a face-shaped member and which is stretched while preventing the formation of sags in upper-lower right-left all directions in the face-shaped member. SOLUTION: Cylindrical mounting sections 19a are installed at upper-lower right-left edges of the face-shaped member 6, in which four corners are notched and which has extensibility, and mounting levers 20 are inserted to cylindrical mounting sections 19a so that both ends are projected slightly from the mounting sections 19a. The face-shaped member 6 is stretched into a rectangular frame surrounded by the mounting levers 20 and corner members 21 by fitting projecting ends of the mounting levers 20 and ends of the mounting sections 19a adjoined to each other at corners of the member 6 into a pair of fitting holes 22 directed in the approximately orthogonal directions formed to corner members 21 so that the member 6 is stretched outwards.
