PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a residue discharge device for discharging residue accumulated on the bottom of a tank of negative pressure by extruding residue having large specific gravity from the tank of negative pressure to separate. SOLUTION: This discharge device is composed of a body frame 3, a rubber valve 4, valve pressing rollers 5 and a piston rod 2. The residue in water in an upper tank 1 drops into the rubber valve, the piston rod repeatedly compacts the residue to expand the rubber valve to discharge to the outside. Combination of a fluid pump with the device allows continuous operation of the negative pressure tank. Normally, this type of work can be continuously performed by discharging the accumulated residue, since the tank is in a negative pressure and water in upper part is discharged by a pump.
