GRAIN STRAW-GUIDING APPARATUS OF COMBINE HARVESTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the raking-in and transport of grain straws are unstable due to the absence of a grain straw-guiding member, when the grain straws picked up with a pick-up apparatus are raked in and transported with a rake-in member (rake-in transport apparatus) rotated on vertical shafts and simultaneously reaped with a cutter. SOLUTION: The subject grain straw-guiding apparatus of a combine harvester is characterized by disposing a guide plate 10 having slits 10a and used for guiding grain straws picked up with each pick-up apparatus 6 to a rake-in transport apparatus 7 for raking in and transporting the grain straws on the back side of the pick-up apparatus 6. The slits 10a of the guide plate 10 are formed approximately parallel to the rake-in transport apparatus 7 in an overlapped state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
