PURPOSE: A vacuum chuck of a liquid crystal display is provided to prevent a vertical line spot of the chuck from generating by the shape of the vacuum chuck. CONSTITUTION: The vacuum chuck comprises support members(51), which are made of metal materials and have a protrusion portion for mounting a glass substrate(50). A vacuum line(52) is formed at a depression portion between the support members(51) for fixing the glass substrate(50). A dummy pattern(53) is patterned to an upper portion of the vacuum line(52) formed toward the direction of a data line. In the support members(51), the protrusion portion of a square edge shape is formed repeatedly from the edge and the center of the chuck with a constant distance. |
