An oral cavity cleaner allowing chemicals to be smoothly supplied thereto with a simple structure and man-hours for manufacture and assembly to be reduced, and capable of improving the easiness of handling by reducing the outer diameter of a portion to be inserted into an oral cavity and preventing a sanitary problem from occurring, and a cap used for the cleaner, the oral cavity cleaner comprising a nozzle member projectedly fitted to a container body for storing contents and having a jetting port for jetting the contents provided at a tip part and a brush member having a brush part with a cleaning brush fitted to the tip part and a holding means for holding the nozzle member from the outside at a position where the jetting port of the nozzle member faces near the cleaning brush from the outside of the brush part; the cap comprising a tubular cap body axially accepting the cleaning brush from an opening end part, a pair of holding pieces projected from the opening end part to a side and holdingly accepting the neck part of the brush member therebetween, and a cover piece inserted in a clearance between the jetting port of the nozzle member fitted to the neck part and the outer surface of the brush part and closing the jetting port.
