PURPOSE: A discharge method of liquid, a discharge device of liquid and an electronic apparatus are provided to keep uniform brightness of a panel by restricting deviation of thickness of the film from density difference, and to prevent breakage of the discharge head by neutralizing electric charges on the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A discharge device of liquid is composed of a substrate maintaining part(32) maintaining a substrate(S), a discharge head(34) discharging liquid on the substrate, an ion generating unit(38) blowing ion wind on the substrate, and an exhaust unit(40) installed in the direction for blowing ion wind of the ion generating unit. The liquid is discharged on the substrate, and ion wind is supplied to the liquid on the substrate. The substrate is composed of the active element to easily be electrified.
