Layered, thermally insulated underflooring with ventilation and maintenance system

In the present invention, there is disclosed a layered, thermally insulated underflooring with ventilation and maintenance system, a selective treading layer, serving particularly for removal of moisture and noxious gases from subgrade by the virtue of permanent direction of air stream through ventilation layers. The invented underflooring consists of flooring panels (3b) of feeding conduits (3), flooring panels (6b) of drawing off conduits (6) and flooring panels (5a) of air ducts(5) of an intermediate surface. From above, the underflooring being fixed by expanded concrete (14) with reinforcing wire netting (13) is integrated in a sealed ventilation system. Arrangement, shape and dimensions of the elements ensure uniformity of air stream in the underflooring through air ducts (5) interconnected with both the feeding conduits (3) and the drawing off conduits (6) wherein air supply ports (1), provided on the faþade with venting plugs (2), enter the feeding conduits (3) by their diffusing necks (4) and the opposite intermediate exhausts (7) enter the drawing-off conduits (6) by their diffusing necks (4), too. Said exhausts (7) are terminated by a sealed outlet (8) in a cylindrical ring (9) being covered from outside by a removable lid (9a) enabling thus removal of air through the system by the suction of a chimney effect through a flue of vertical ventilation outside the building. Moisture, as well as noxious gases of the subgrade is removed from the building along with air. At the same time, the underflooring is resistant to flooding by a water level occurring once in 100 years. Intrusion of floodwater into the ventilation layer and thus clogging thereof with toxic flood sludges can be prevented by fitting the system with sealing plugs (2a) and (8a). The system can be also used for non-destructive interventions to subgrade for the service life of the underflooring, and namely over necks pf the exhausts (7) through the cylindrical ring (9) through the removable lid 9a) thereof at simultaneous suitable sealing the maintenance inlets.
