PURPOSE: A PCB is provided to reduce the generation of electromagnetic waves from each layer of the PCB by forming differently each area of a signal layer, a ground layer, and a power source layer. CONSTITUTION: A PCB includes a ground layer(7), a power source layer(5), a first signal layer(3), and a second signal layer(9). The ground layer(7) is used for forming a ground part. An area of the power source layer(5) is smaller than an area of the ground layer. An insulator is formed between the power source layer and the ground layer. An area of the first signal layer(3) is smaller than the area of the power source layer. An insulator is formed between the first signal layer and the power source layer. An area of the second signal layer(9) is smaller than the area of the first signal layer. An insulator is formed between the second signal layer and the first signal layer.
