PURPOSE: A process for preparing shoes and the shoes prepared thereby are provided to save production cost, decrease total weight of the shoes, and enhance flexibility of the shoes. CONSTITUTION: The shoes comprise a leather material(10), an outsole(20) and at least one of base sole(22) interposed between the leather material(10) and the outsole(20). The process comprise preparing the leather and the outsole(20); applying adhesive to outer side of a face of the leather(10) to be attached and inner side of a face of the outsole(20) to be attached then drying both sides; adhering both of the outer side of the leather face to be attached and the inner side of the outsole face to be attached.
