PURPOSE: A rotating and downward combustor is provided to burn perfectly in high temperature by turning flame and burning air in high speed inside the combustor and to prevent thermal deformation by absorbing flame with preheated air. CONSTITUTION: A blower(6) inhales air in compressed state. A fuel supply pipe(7) and a fuel tank(3) supply fuel for combustion. An air filling pipe(10) inhales air from the blower in the direction of a tangent line of an air preheating chamber(2). An inlet(5) of preheated air flows inhaled air in the direction of the air preheated chamber and the tangent line inside the combustor. A turning current guide drum(4) turns and flows in preheated air flowing in the combustor from the air preheating chamber and the inlet of preheated air. Downward turning current generated by the turning current guide drum and fuel supplied through the fuel supply pipe react. Therein, treble spiral flame is formed upward. A rotating and downward combustor is a double drum type. Consequently, air and flame are burned perfectly in the combustor and the combustor is not deformed with heat.
