PURPOSE: A motor control device for driving a pump of an ABS(anti-lock brake system) in a vehicle is provided to restrict noise and prevent vibration by controlling the motor accurately according to rpm of the motor from a speed sensor with estimating rpm of the motor corresponding to discharge flow of the pump. CONSTITUTION: A motor control device for driving a pump(7) is composed of a speed sensor(6a) detecting rpm of a motor(6); a microcomputer(10) inputting a speed signal from the speed sensor, detecting the state of the motor, and outputting the control signal for controlling the motor; and a motor control unit(6b) controlling the motor by receiving the control signal from the microcomputer. The microcomputer has a control signal output unit(12) estimating rpm of the motor corresponding to the discharge flow of the pump and outputting the control signal corresponding to the estimated rpm, and a speed-flow comparison table estimating rpm of the motor corresponding to the discharge flow of the pump.
