PURPOSE: A method for instantly issuing a mobile card using a wireless communication network and a settlement method using a local area communication method are provided to secure security for card settlement by instantly issuing a mobile card number to a user through a mobile communication terminal and performing the settlement through the local area communication method. CONSTITUTION: A request to issue the instant mobile card is received from the mobile communication terminal(S201). The user is authenticated by using a password and a telephone of the mobile communication terminal as an authentication number(S207). The instant mobile card number, which is a credit card number, a security card number, or a bank account number, is transmitted to the mobile communication terminal(S209).
