PURPOSE: A filter and a method are provided to achieve improved operating reliability of the filter and reduce manufacturing costs, while allowing for ease of manufacture of filter. CONSTITUTION: A filter comprises a substrate(21); a seed conductive material pattern(23) formed on the surface of the substrate; a negative photoresist pattern(25) formed on the surface of the substrate, and which contains a pigment for shielding light of a specified wavelength area and a material for preventing reflection of light; and a plated mesh(27) formed on the seed conductive material pattern.
