PURPOSE: Provided is an aqueous acrylic adhesive composition for tire which has excellent durable adhesiveness at low temperature, showing improved processability and excellent adhesive strength during winter and summer. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises: 100wt.% of acryl emulsion resin consisting 40-95wt.% methacryl or vinyl monomer having homopolymer with a glass transition temperature of -40deg.C or less, 2-50wt.% of methacryl or vinyl monomer having homopolymer with a glass transition temperature of 0deg.C or more, 1.0-5.0wt.% of at least one carboxyl methacryl homopolymer, 1.0-3.0wt.% of methacryl monomer ethylated by 1-20 mole ethylene oxide, 1.0-2.0wt.% of acryl or vinyl monomer with sulfonate group; 0.2-1.0wt.% dispersant, 0.2-1.0wt.% of preservative; 40-56.0wt.% of filler; 17.0-30.0wt.% of adhesion imparting agent; and 3.0-11.0wt.% of adhesion reinforcing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: introducing 100wt.% of acryl emulsion resin into a reactor, adding 0.2-1.0wt.% of polycarboxyl acid soda salt and 0.2-1.0wt.% of organic halogen composites of nitrogen, sulfur and stirring for 30 minutes at 30rpm(1st step); adding 40.0-56.0wt.% of calcium carbonate to the aqueous mixture and stirring for 2 hours at 60rpm(2nd step); adding 17.0-30.0wt.% of adhesion imparting agent after degassing the bubbles in the aqueous mixture and stirring for 2 hours at 60rpm(3rd step); and adding 3.0-11.0wt.% of low temperature adhesion reinforcing agent and stirring for 2 hours at 60rpm(4th step).
