PURPOSE: Provided is an environmental friendly contact oxidation water treatment tank for treating highly-concentrated stream water, wherein the tank has contact filter made of recycled aggregate therein. CONSTITUTION: The tank is an environmental friendly concrete block and comprises a plurality of divided independent zones defined by a plurality of baffles for preventing short circuit caused by channeling, and contact filter installed in the independent zones and made of recycled aggregate.
