PURPOSE: Provided is a fiber panel for a constructional interior material, which is convenient to operate, has excellent adhesion, wallpapering and coating capability, dew condensation-preventing effect, and heat insulating and soundproofing properties. CONSTITUTION: The fiber panel is obtained by laminating fibers comprising a high-melting point polymer and a low-melting point polymer having a melting point lower than that of the high-melting polymer by at least 20 deg.C, and heating and compressing the laminated fibers to form a panel. The fiber panel comprises a high-density layer having a density of 100-600 kg/m¬3 and a low-density layer having a density of 20-60 kg/m¬3, wherein the fibers forming the high-density layer comprises 30-60 wt% of a high-melting point polymer and 40-70 wt% of a low-melting point polymer, and the fibers forming the low-density layer comprises 80-90 wt% of a high-melting point polymer and 10-20 wt% of a low-melting point polymer.
