PURPOSE: A computer image control system and a controlling method thereof are provided to change easily a setting state of a screen according to a computer mode. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling a computer image control system includes a setup process, a selection process, a control process, and an output process. The setup process is to set up a screen control value to control a state of a screen of a display panel(S10). The selection process is to select a display mode by a user(S14). The control process is to control an image signal provided to the display panel according to the screen control value(S16,S18). The output process is to output the image signal controlled according to the screen control value from a video controller to the display panel(S20).
