WINDOW TYPE AIR CONDITIONER

摘要

PURPOSE: A window type air conditioner is provided to realize a slim window type air conditioner, and increase the cooling efficiency by contacting condensed water with a lower end of a compressor, thereby reducing power consumption and noise, and freely installing an outdoor fan unit. CONSTITUTION: A main body case(1) is divided into an indoor side(10) and an outdoor side(20) by diaphragms(2). The outdoor side includes a condenser(30) and an outdoor unit fan(23). The indoor side includes an evaporator(11) and an indoor unit fan(12). The outdoor unit fan and the indoor unit fan are cross flow fans driven by an outdoor unit motor and an indoor unit motor. Each upper end of the condenser and the evaporator is bent to reduce installation heights and maintain radiation areas. The bent parts(13,32) of the evaporator and the condenser are installed at suction ports(3,4) of the indoor unit fan and the outdoor unit fan. The bent part(13) of the evaporator is slantly formed at a certain angle to prevent condensed water from dropping to an upper part of the outdoor fan.
