PURPOSE: A sliding part structure for a window regulator is provided to smoothly lift the window glass up and down by reducing friction between a carrier plate and a channel with mounting a ball bearing on a sliding part, and to reduce repair cost and improve durability by restricting failure of the sliding part from inflow of foreign matters and dust. CONSTITUTION: The window regulator comprises a base plate mounted inside a door; a drum embedded in a drum cover installed in the base plate and connected to a motor to wind a wire by rotating and reversing the motor; a channel(30) fixed in the door; a carrier plate(40) connecting to the wire winding on the drum, sliding up and down along the channel by moving the wire, and mounting a window glass; and the sliding part(50) sliding the carrier plate combined with the channel. The ball bearing(60) is mounted on the sliding part to reduce friction between the carrier plate and the channel.
