STRIP CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ONLINE SHAPE INSPECTION

PURPOSE: A strip control system for online shape inspection is provided to minimize production trouble and deterioration of inspection hit ratio at designated position by preventing flaws such as facility damage and inspection delay generated during controlling of strip. CONSTITUTION: The strip control system for online shape inspection comprises a strip shape inspection means(4) comprising a surface table plate vertically movably installed on a lower surface of strip (S) passing through between distance measuring sensor(5) and welding point detecting sensor(6) installed at an inlet part of strip coiling line and down coiler(1) and eighth tension bridle rolls(2), a strip pressing plate vertically movably fixed to an upper part of the surface table plate, and a plurality of proximity sensors(4-4) mounted on an upper surface of the surface table plate; a strip supporting means(10) comprising an upper rotation roll vertically movably fixed to a directly upper part of lower roll installed at the output side of the strip shape inspection means, and a driving motor(10-2) axially connected to rotation shaft of the upper rotation roll through a universal joint; a driving motor control part(40) for controlling driving motor of the strip supporting means and driving motors of the down coiler and the eighth tension bridle rolls; an automatic speed reduction control part(201) for transmitting the signals to the driving motor control part by receiving signals from the distance measuring sensor and the welding point detecting sensor; a tension removing control part(202) for lifting and lowering the surface table plate by receiving signals from the automatic speed reduction control part, down coiler and tension detector(3) installed under the eighth tension bridle rolls; and a strip supporting means control part(207) for lifting and lowering upper supporting roll and strip pressing plate by receiving signals from the tension detector and the proximity sensors installed in the surface table plate.
