PURPOSE: Structure for mounting a seat rail of a bus is provided to reduce installation hours of the side inner panel and replace the side inner panel quickly by fastening the fixing part of the seat rail mount with a screw and combining the harness rail assembling end with the upper part of the fixing part in mounting the side inner panel to the side trim. CONSTITUTION: In a seat rail mount fixing a side inner panel(2) of a bus, a base board is combined with the lower part of a side trim. The seat rail mount is fixed to the base board by a screw, and a fixing guide(12) is vertically formed in the upper part of a fixing part(10) of the seat rail mount. First and second right-angled triangle fixing projections are protruded in the lower part of the fixing guide. A first support(22) and a second support(24) are extended in the lower part of a harness rail assembling end(20), and the fixing guide is inserted between the first support and the second support. A joint restricting pad(30) is attached to the lower and rear parts of the side inner panel.
