PURPOSE: Provided is a food roaster which roasts a food, such as chestnuts, peanuts, ginkgo nuts, garlic, potatoes and the like, with an electric heating wire at a predetermined temperature and then discharges it. CONSTITUTION: A food roaster comprises a food roasting part consisting of an outer frame which has an electric heating wire equipped to the circumference thereof, and forms a plurality of through-holes to transfer the heat to an inner frame as well as a connecting plate and a supporting plate to receive the inner frame, and the inner frame which forms a plurality of through-holes and fixed to the one side of the supporting plate in the outer frame by a rotation shaft to be rotated; a connecting part which is fixed to the connection plate; and an inserting part which is hermetically equipped to the connecting part.
