PURPOSE: A method for retrieving a schedule in a mobile communication terminal is provided to display a mark corresponding to a written schedule on a lower end of date on a straight line and retrieve the schedule using a cross line. CONSTITUTION: If a user pushes a designated key and selects a desired month, a mobile communication terminal reads a schedule corresponding to the selected month from a memory and displays a mark corresponding to the schedule on a lower end of date(S11,S12). If the user pushes a directional key for retrieving the schedule, a cross line is moved(S13,S14). If the user locates the cross line on a desired date and lays the central point of the cross line on the schedule displayed as the mark, the mobile communication terminal displays contents about the schedule corresponding to the mark laid on the central point of the cross line on a lower end of a display window(S15-S17).
