PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing sea water ice is provided to maximize the manufacturing efficiency of sea water ice, and realize a dense crystallization structure of the sea water ice, thereby maintaining freshness of live fish for hours. CONSTITUTION: A rotary drum(100) has a sea water container(10) at a lower part, and is rotated by a belt pulley(11). A liquefied gas transfer pipe(201) is installed inside the rotary drum and is connected a Freon liquefied gas injection pipe(A), having a fixed part(200) fixed at a fixed shaft(21). Gasified gas suction ports(203) connected with the Freon liquefied gas injection pipe are installed to gasify the injected liquefied gas and discharge the gasified gas so that a surface of the rotary drum is cooled. The fixed part has the fixed shaft on one side, and another fixed shaft(21A) on the other side to be fixed at a bracket(23). The liquefied gas transfer pipe is installed at a lower part of the fixed part to be connected with the Freon liquefied gas injection pipe, and the gasified gas suction ports are installed at an upper part of the fixed part to be connected with a gasified gas recovery pipe(B).
