PURPOSE: A device for producing a fruit-protecting envelope with mounting a filter to an opening unit is provided to improve work efficiency and mass-produce the fruit envelopes by producing the fruit-protecting envelope attached with the filter for filtering various pollutants and agricultural medicines penetrating into the inner periphery of the opening unit with an automatic system. CONSTITUTION: A fruit-protecting envelope producing device for producing envelopes by bonding papers supplied from a paper supplying device(10) and inner papers supplied from an inner paper supplying device with an adhering device(60) is composed of the paper supplying device for supplying raw papers for the fruit-protecting envelope; the inner paper supplying device for supplying the inner papers from the paper supplying device; tensioning devices(30,40) for tensioning the papers supplied from the paper supplying device and the inner paper supplying device; an adhesive agent supplying device(50) for supplying an adhesive agent to bond the inner papers to the papers supplied from the paper supplying device; the adhering device for making processed papers by bonding the inner papers and the papers coated with the adhesive agent through the adhesive agent supplying device; a forming device(70) for forming the envelopes by folding the processed papers; an envelope cutting device(80) for cutting the envelopes formed by the forming device into the constant length; a first adhesive agent coating device(100) for coating the surfaces of the inner papers with the adhesive agent to adhere a filter on the surface; a second adhesive agent coating device(110) for coating the inner paper passing through the first adhesive agent coating device with the adhesive agent to form the inner paper into the envelope; a filter supplying device(120) for supplying the filters to attach the filters on the surfaces of the inner papers coated with the adhesive agent by the first adhesive agent coating device; a cutting device(140) for cutting the filter into the constant size through a guide roller(130); a pressurizing roller(150) for pressurizing the cut filter to adhere the filter on the inner paper; a roll cutter(160) for cutting both sides of the inner papers to form the envelope; and a guide roller(170) for guiding the inner paper to the adhering device.
