PURPOSE: Provided is a supply device of oxygen and nitrogen by separation of air which is able to smoothly and rapidly supply dry nitrogen and moisture-controllable oxygen and improves the efficiency of separation by using a hollow fiber membrane method. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises an air inhaling filter(2) which inhales the air by filtering; a pair of oxygen/nitrogen separating device part(10) which supplies the filtered inhaled air to supply to each oxygen/nitrogen separating device part(10) respectively; and an oxygen discharge device part(20) which is placed on the lower side of a membrane tower(11) of the each oxygen/nitrogen separating device part(10) and connects oxygen discharge branch pipes(22,23) and has a pressure reducing pump(25) through a collecting valve(21), wherein a nitrogen discharge pipe(30) is connected to an upper side cap(11-1) of the membrane tower(11) of the each oxygen/nitrogen separating device part(10) to discharge substances including nitrogen.
