An electric motor-assisted vehicle wherein motor power is controlled according to the magnitude of human power detected with human power detecting means and the vehicle body is driven by human power and motor power: An input member (2) rotated by human power and an output member (3) connectable to a driving wheel are arranged on the same axial line and interconnected through elastic members (4). The human power detecting means (11) is constituted such that a pair of planetary mechanisms (12,13) of the same constitution are connected to the input member (2) and to the output member (3), and the phase difference between the two members (2,3) is detetected with a rotation angle detecting sensor (14). <IMAGE> |
