Method to produce fibrous fractions of fruits

The method for separating pips and fibers from fruit husks and/or a mash involves production of a mixture of bloated fruit husks and a liquid and possibly an added mash, wet separation of pips from this mixture or directly from the mash, and wet separation of fruit fibers from the remaining mixture or mash. An Independent claim is also included for and end product containing fruit fibers.
