Dike element (10) comprises a support frame (11) and a flexible container sleeve (12) arranged on the support frame at least in the region of the under side of a container to form a container (13) opening upward for receiving filling material. The support frame forms a filling frame to define a filling opening on the upper side of the container. The support frame has two opposite-lying side parts (17, 18) pivoting out of a non-operating position in the plane of the filling opening into an operating position perpendicular to the plane of the filling opening. Preferred Features: The container sleeve is made at least partly of a textile material, a plastic film material, or a large-meshed material having a lattice or net structure, or of a combination of at least two of these materials.
