PURPOSE: Garnish fixing structure of a rail for a sliding door in a vehicle is provided to fasten the garnish to the rail firmly against impact in traveling on the uneven part by forming the rib including the hole in the cap for supporting the outer periphery of the stud head. CONSTITUTION: A garnish fixing system is composed of a rail(30) moving a roller(20) of a sliding door of a vehicle; a stud(40) protruded longitudinally outside the rail; a garnish(70) placed outside the rail and fitted to the stud of the rail with a hole(80); and a cap(90) fitted to the stud of the rail to fasten the garnish to the rail. The cap includes a head(100) covering the outside of the hole of the garnish, and at least two or more ribs formed perpendicularly to the head and composed of holes to insert a head(50) of the stud. A sill(140) is protruded in the rib to support the head of the stud inserted to the hole and the outer periphery of the stud.
