PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing expense particulars using the customer transaction particulars information are provided to offer the classified expense particulars of a client to a client terminal from an expense particulars management server by confirming the transaction information received from a client PTD(Personal Trusted Device) and classifying/storing the transaction information in a database. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an expense management server(100), the client PTD(135) connected to the expense management server through the communication network(145), and a settlement processing terminal(140) providing the transaction information to the PTD through the infrared data communication. The expense management server provides the expense management service to the client by obtaining/referring to the transaction information from the client PTD through the settlement processing terminal placed in a shop. The expense management server comprises a PTD certifier(105), an expense information confirmer(110), an expense information storage(115), an expense management evaluator(120), a client personal information database(125), and an expense information database(130).
