PURPOSE: A sanitary sheet for pets is provided to remove bad odors generated from pets and to inhibit the propagation of harmful bacteria living with pets, continuously and easily. CONSTITUTION: The sanitary sheet comprises a multi-layer structure formed of an inner shell and an outer shell, or a single layer structure, which is impregnated with a deodorant, an antibacterial agent, extracts for treating skin diseases and a micro-capsulated fragrance. Particularly, in the multi-layer structure, the outer shell is formed of PP non-woven fabric, and the inner shell is formed of natural pulp or cotton. The sanitary sheet takes a circular, a rectangular or an elliptic form.
