PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to lower gradually an energy barrier between an electrode and an organic emitting layer by forming only a multi-layered hole injection layer without an additional process. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescence device includes a substrate, a first electrode(2), an organic emitting layer, and a second electrode. The first electrode(2), the organic emitting layer, and the second electrode are sequentially formed on the substrate. A multi-layered hole injection layer(5) is formed between the first electrode and the organic emitting layer. The multi-layered hole injection layer(5) is formed with two or more kinds of polymer materials. Two or more kinds of polymer materials are dissolved in the same solvent. The polymer materials are not mixed each other.
