PURPOSE: A parking brake release device for a vehicle is provided to reduce noise and expenses, to improve the durability, and to prevent wrong operation by automatically releasing the parking brake through difference between left pressure and right pressure of the piston with supplying power of the battery to the solenoid check valve. CONSTITUTION: A parking brake release device of a vehicle comprises a battery power supply unit(110) supplying power of a battery at D or R-range of the shift lever in turning on a brake pedal switch, a parking brake pedal switch and an ignition switch; a solenoid check valve(120) generating negative pressure of the engine by regulating the inner valve according to power from the battery power supply unit; a cylinder(130); a piston(140); a release cable(150); a release lever(160) actuating in moving the piston and the release cable according to difference between left pressure and the right pressure of the piston in the cylinder through negative pressure of the engine from the solenoid check valve; and a torsion spring(170) releasing the parking brake in moving the release lever.
